Ditch the boring bowl! Transform your morning routine with fun and flavorful Fruit and Granola Breakfast Tacos. It's like dessert for breakfast but packed with wholesome goodness! You are going to want to eat these any time of the day.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c sunflower butter

  • 6 oz plain Greek yogurt

  • 4 Fajitas soft shells

  • Granola

  • Strawberries, cut into bit-sized pieces (as much or as little as you desire)

  • Bananas, cut into bit-sized pieces (as much or as little as you desire)

  • Blueberries (as much or as little as you desire)

  • Honey (optional)


  • Cinnamon (optional)


  • Shredded, unsweetened coconut (optional)

Preparation

Step 1


Spread 1 tablespoon sunflower butter evenly over each soft fajita shell.


Step 2


Spread 1 tablespoon yogurt evenly over each soft fajita shell.



Step 3


Top with granola, if desired.



Step 4


Top with your choice of fruit(s).



Step 5


Top with honey, cinnamon, and/or shredded, unsweetened coconut.



Step 6
