physically activity. The good news is that there are also a lot of resources that

can make being physically active easier and joyful!

Planet Fitness

Are you a teen looking for an inexpensive gym membership? If so, look no further! Planet Fitness offers a FREE membership to teens 14-19 years old in the summer. Starting June 1st, teens can work out for FREE at Planet Fitness ALL SUMMER LONG! But don't wait, pre-register now!

Active for Life Resources

This website has resources to help children develop physical literacy. This is done through a wide variety of fundamental movement skills that allow children to enjoy many different physical activities and sports. Without physical literacy, individuals are less likely to stay active for life. 

National Parks
Free Entrance Days

On 5 days, all National Parks waive their entry fee:

  • January 20, 2025: Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.

  • April 20, 2025: First day of National Park Week

  • June 20, 2025: Juneteenth National Independence Day

  • August 4, 2025: Anniversary of the Great American Outdoors Act

  • September 27, 2025: National Public Lands Day

  • November 11, 2025: Veterans Day

The Park - Indoor Playground

This is an extension of Traders Point Christian Church. It is a free indoor playground that is open to the community. The Park is an inclusive, safe, and engaging environment to all. The Park is connected to Traders Point's Northwest Campus.
