Ingredients
2 x 1.34oz wholegrain bread slice
1.1 ounce peanut butter or spread substitute (I prefer SunButter.)
2.2 ounce ricotta cheese
1.5 ounce frozen raspberry (thawed)
0.25 Teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Toast bread until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate.
Spread peanut butter over toast. Top with ricotta, raspberries and cinnamon.
Serve and enjoy.
