  • 2 x 1.34oz wholegrain bread slice

  • 1.1 ounce peanut butter or spread substitute (I prefer SunButter.)

  • 2.2 ounce ricotta cheese

  • 1.5 ounce frozen raspberry (thawed)

  • 0.25 Teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation


  1. Toast bread until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate.


  2. Spread peanut butter over toast. Top with ricotta, raspberries and cinnamon.
