Hey Operation Flourish Fam!

Exercise isn't just good for our bodies; it's fantastic for our minds too!

Exercise and Mental Health:

Physical activity releases endorphins, which have mood-boosting effects.

Benefits of Joyful Movement:

  • Reduces symptoms of depression and anxiety.

  • Improves sleep quality.

  • Boosts self-esteem.

  • Increases energy levels.

  • Reduces stress.

Tips for Incorporating Joyful Movement:

  • Find Activities You Enjoy: This could be dancing, hiking, swimming, or anything that gets you moving.

  • Set Realistic Goals: Start small and gradually increase the intensity and duration of your workouts.

  • Make it a Habit: Schedule exercise into your day like any other important appointment.

  • Listen to Your Body: Rest when you need to.

Cheerfully yours,
